About: We took the functions of the family doctor and used technology to provide these services to individuals by creating an online health record platform available to patients and their physicians anytime, a call center staffed with physicians available 24/7 and partnered with doctor and labs to do annual physicals and labs. When a client enrolls our doctor visits them, performs the annual physical exam, the recommended labs and gathers all their history to be entered into the system. When this is complete any conditions unveiled are managed and a card is printed with the emergency info printed on it and QR code access to their complete file. The client can then call our physicians anytime and we take care of the rest until our doctors gather their feedback, track their progress and update their records.
